CC245 Arquitectos nace en 2005, fundada por Sandra Rodà y Sergi Blanch. Desde sus inicios su voluntad es la de consolidar la prolongada experiencia profesional adquirida desde 1990 en el desarrollo de grandes proyectos privados, inicialmente residenciales, consolidando su visión en proyectos hoteleros de lujo, centros comerciales, oficinas y equipamientos sanitarios y educativos.
